For my Calgarian (and even Albertan) brides: If you want this draped ceiling feature at your venue, make sure you check with the venue coordinator first. Not all venues allow this because they don't want any damage to their ceilings, they have expensive chandeliers, and they don't have the manpower or equipment to allow for it. In case you didn't know, even if a venue has a lift to rent to you, you can't do it yourself. Only a certified lift operator can operate the lift. Be sure to include the rental of the lift and the hourly wage of the lift operator when considering this feature. If you can budget for it, I think it is totally worth it!
If you have used a draping feature, please share some pictures with us! You can email us at: weddings@wishahmon.com or post it on our facebook page! We would love to see your fab wedding!

Draped entrance ways create the wow factor right when your guests walk in.
Fabric panels at outdoor ceremonies and receptions add a little bit of flair and shade for your guests on hot (wedding) days!
Combining different techniques of draping or decor items creates usual shapes and interest in the venue.
If your budget allows it, the venue walls are less than pretty, or you want to go all out, try draping the entire venue. Disclaimer: Breath taking pictures ahead!
