A stunning backdrop goes a long way for your wedding pictures. When choosing your venue, consider where you will be standing for your ceremony vows, where your receiving line is, where your sweet heart table is, and where you will be cutting your wedding cake. These are all areas that a lot of pictures will be taken.Take a picture of these areas and then look at them to see what they are missing. For your ceremony vows, you might not need anything if you already have a stunning mountainview background. However, if your sweet heart table is right in front of a set of doors that lead to who knows where, you might want to consider a backdrop.
Backdrops don't necessarily have to be something so elaborate that you have to hire someone to do for you. Below is a wedding with a DIY style backdrop. It is a panel that was cut up into smaller tiles and put back together. The result is totally eye catching and cute!
Do you have a piece of fabric, graphic, or poster that means something to the both of you? This might be the DIY for you. If DIY-ing is intimidating to you, do a test run with something less sentimental to you - like yesterday's newspaper!
